Why should I register for an account?
Having an account is a requirement if you’re looking to purchase vehicles through the website. Plus, you’ll be able to see the history of your orders, update contact details and manage operator licenses. The requirement for a username and password adds a further security step for your transactions, too. In order for us to activate your account, you’ll need to provide a valid O License when registering.
How can I see my order history, saved searches and update my personal details?
By navigating to ‘Account Management’ you can view your order history under your company profile, access your saved searches and view/edit personal details.

Am I paying more for Scania Go vehicles?
It's true, you may be able to find Used Scania vehicles cheaper elsewhere. But, do they come with the preparation standards and guarantees that we offer? Do I have to buy online
No, we still have dedicated Sales teams you can speak to. Simply use the 'Enquire now' form for any vehicle and the team will get back to you.
What's the difference between buying and reserving a vehicle?
Our website offers two methods of securing a vehicle: ‘Reserve’ or ‘Buy Now’. All vehicles shown with a price are available for reservation, which is completed by paying £1,000 per vehicle. In addition, there are some vehicles which are listed with a ‘Buy Now’ option, meaning they can be purchased outright by paying the total vehicle cost that’s shown. Reserving a vehicle will give you six days to complete the full purchase, whereas a vehicle bought with a full payment will automatically proceed to order fulfilment.
Who are all the 'sellers' that I see?
A ‘seller’ on our website is a business who has one or more products listed for sale. When buying a Scania online or at one of our branches, you can be assured of the same quality of product, experience and service whether it's through a Scania Great Britain Limited branch, or any of our sellers (franchises). Please note that when making purchases online, if you're choosing vehicles that below to different sellers, you will end up with multiple shopping baskets so that payment can be processed to the correct seller.
Are my payment details safe?
Yes. Your payment details are not stored by our website and is completely processed by one of the world leading payment gateway providers.
Will you deliver my vehicle to me?
Where ‘delivery’ is stated as an option at checkout, the respective merchant will be committing to deliver the vehicle when chosen and paid for by you.
I've ordered a vehicle! Now what?
If you’ve reserved or bought a vehicle, you’ll be contacted by the Sales team of the respective merchant to continue with the order fulfilment.
I've received my vehicle but it's not what I was hoping for. What can I do?
The imagery and product specifications available on our website, plus all our fantastic Scania Go benefits means you should have peace-of-mind that you're getting a vehicle that is exactly as described and can has been prepared to the highest Scania standards.
