Preventative Maintenance Inspection
Grade 1 Scania Go Vehicles have all undergone a full-compliance Preventative Maintenance Inspection (“PMI”), meaning they are roadworthy and ready to be put to work. Our PMI can help to identify issues before they cause breakdown and aims to limit your Scania Go Vehicle’s unplanned downtime.

Driveline Assurance*
Grade 2 and 3 Scania Go Vehicles include 12 or 24 months of Driveline Assurance in the list price.
During the Assurance Period (as defined in the terms and conditions) and subject to the terms and conditions, Scania will repair any defect in the Scania Go Vehicle which is a direct result of our defective materials, or workmanship in the design or manufacture of the Components Covered (as defined in the terms and conditions), including:
- Castings
- Engine
- Cooling System
- Fuel System
- Clutch
- Manual Transmission
- Automatic Transmission
- Propeller Shaft
- Real Axles
- Brakes
- Steering
- Electrics

300+ Point Preparation Guarantee
Grade 2, 3 and 4 Scania Go Vehicles are prepared to Scania's highest standard.
Our rigorous 300+ line-item mechanical and cosmetic inspection is conducted by fully trained Scania technicians within our Scania dealer network and includes a thorough test drive and full valet.

Replace Before Failure Guarantee
Grade 2, 3 and 4 Scania Go Vehicles benefit from our preventative replacement policy that works to replace components before failure.
Where selected components are approaching their anticipated end of life mileage, we take the opportunity to replace these in our Scania Go Vehicle preparation, so you won’t have to.
In addition to maintenance items such as oil and filters, other major components including the turbocharger, clutch release bearing and the aftertreatment DPF are included in this guarantee.
We will tell you if we have replaced any components, so you can benefit from their full 12-month warranty cover in the unlikely event they fail.

30-Day 24/7 Mobility Guarantee*
Grade 2, 3 and 4 Scania Go Vehicles come with our MAX 24 mobility guarantee for the first 30 days following purchase.
If you are involved in a roadside breakdown, caused by the failure of a Scania product, we will cover the cost of repairing the Scania Go Vehicle at the roadside (UK only) or recovering the Scania Go Vehicle and repairing it at a Scania authorised dealer.
If a repair cannot be completed within 24 hours due to insufficient labour or parts, we will either source you a loan vehicle to keep you mobile or we will pay up to £150 for each day your Scania Go Vehicle is off the road and in our workshop.
If you choose to take a full Repair and Maintenance package, you gain access to the full Scania Assistance service for the duration of your Repair and Maintenance contract.

Repair and Maintenance*
Grade 4 vehicles include a 24-month used vehicle Repair and Maintenance contract in the list price.
The package includes Routine Maintenance and inspections (as defined in the terms and conditions) at regular intervals, an annual MOT test including payment of the application fee and collection and delivery of the Scania Go Vehicle, and Repairs (as defined in the terms and conditions) to the Scania Go Vehicle where required or identified during the course of Routine Maintenance.

Pick 'n' Mix Service and Assurance

Every Scania Go vehicle comes with our unique Scania MAX 24 mobility guarantee for the first 30 days following every vehicle purchased.
If you breakdown en-route and our Scania Assistance team cannot repair your vehicle at the roadside, we will recover your vehicle to the nearest Scania dealer. If a repair cannot be completed within 24 hours, we will either source you a loan vehicle to keep you mobile or we will pay up to £250 for each day your vehicle is off-road in our workshop. Even better, if you choose to take a full R&M package, you gain access to the full Scania Assistance service for the entire duration of your R&M contract.
