Our rigorous 300+ line-item mechanical and cosmetic inspection is conducted by fully trained Scania technicians within our Scania dealer network and includes a thorough test drive and full valet.

Where selected components are approaching their anticipated end of life mileage, we take the opportunity to replace these in our Scania Go Vehicle preparation, so you won’t have to.
In addition to maintenance items such as oil and filters, other major components including the turbocharger, clutch release bearing and the aftertreatment DPF are included in this guarantee.
We will tell you if we have replaced any components, so you can benefit from their full 12-month warranty cover in the unlikely event they fail.

If you are involved in a roadside breakdown, caused by the failure of a Scania product, we will cover the cost of repairing the Scania Go Vehicle at the roadside (UK only) or recovering the Scania Go Vehicle and repairing it at a Scania authorised dealer.
If a repair cannot be completed within 24 hours due to insufficient labour or parts, we will either source you a loan vehicle to keep you mobile or we will pay up to £150 for each day your Scania Go Vehicle is off the road and in our workshop.
If you choose to take a full Repair and Maintenance package, you gain access to the full Scania Assistance service for the duration of your Repair and Maintenance contract.

The package includes Routine Maintenance and inspections (as defined in the terms and conditions) at regular intervals, an annual MOT test including payment of the application fee and collection and delivery of the Scania Go Vehicle, and Repairs (as defined in the terms and conditions) to the Scania Go Vehicle where required or identified during the course of Routine Maintenance.

The Scania Go badge of honour is only awarded once the full inspection is completed, a thorough test drive is performed and full valet is done before you receive your vehicle.
Every Scania Go vehicle comes with our unique Scania MAX 24 mobility guarantee for the first 30 days following every vehicle purchased.
If you breakdown en-route and our Scania Assistance team cannot repair your vehicle at the roadside, we will recover your vehicle to the nearest Scania dealer. If a repair cannot be completed within 24 hours, we will either source you a loan vehicle to keep you mobile or we will pay up to £250 for each day your vehicle is off-road in our workshop. Even better, if you choose to take a full R&M package, you gain access to the full Scania Assistance service for the entire duration of your R&M contract.
